"You" or "your" refers to the customer

Our minimum order (hire or purchase) value is £40. Orders below this minimum will be subject to a small order charge of £5.00.

A minimum deposit of 20% is required at the time of ordering, with the balance payment to be made no later than 4 weeks prior to delivery. Any orders placed within the 4 week period prior to delivery must be paid in full at time of ordering.

Hire rates are fixed at the date of ordering, so you can be assured that once your order is placed, the costs will not fluctuate.

The standard hire period is 5 days, which includes both the delivery and collection day. Additional hire days may be permitted at the time of ordering, subject to stock availability and demand.

Acceptance of order is also subject to stock availability. We have plentiful stocks, but cannot 100% guarantee availability, particularly in busier summer months where you are advised to book well in advance.

The named collection and delivery destination must be the same.

Free delivery and collection is available within the following areas of the Yorkshire region:

Wakefield, Pontefract, Castleford, Barnsley, Doncaster, Leeds (central, east, west and south), Rotherham, Huddersfield and Selby.

A £20 delivery and collection surcharge applies to the following areas; Wetherby, York, Bradford, Sheffield (north, central and east), Halifax, Harrogate and Leeds (north).

A £30 delivery and collection surcharge applies to the following areas; Worksop, Hull, Ripon, Chesterfield, Mansfield, Scunthorpe, Gainsborough, Keighley and Sheffield (south and west).

Optional insurance, covering accidental damage to and breakages of our items, is available for £8 per order. Should you choose to not take out our insurance, a returnable deposit of £20, or 10% of the order total, whichever is the greater, is payable along with any final balance payment due. This deposit will be repaid to you within 7 days of the return of our goods in a satisfactory condition. Loss or theft of items is not covered by our policies and replacements will be charged at cost + 10%.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused, or personal injury sustained, as a result of the use/misuse of our goods.

Goods remain our property at all times, except for consumables or other items which have been sold, rather than hired. Ownership of sold items is transferred at the point of delivery. All items should be checked and validated by you at the time of delivery, as we cannot replace any items once the delivery has been made and accepted.
